After subscribing, you will be directed back to the website to create your Job Finder Profile, where we collect your first and last name, email address, and job search preferences. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including any PIN or email address used to access the service. Sharing access to your account is strictly discouraged, as transactions are tied to your email identity.

The company makes use of third-party platforms and tools to provide and enhance its job automation services. While we strive to deliver a seamless and personalized job search experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time performance, or constant availability of job listings. The company cannot be held liable for service delays, downtime, or data issues caused by factors outside our control, including third-party services and infrastructure.

The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly between you and the company, you agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in the court system of Santa Clara County, California. You also agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
